【Delivery Details in Hong Kong】
【Delivery Charges】

  • Order amount (excluding shipping) less than HK$500 will be charged HK$35 for delivery;
  • Order amount (excluding shipping) equal or more than HK$500 will enjoy free delivery

 

【Delivery Time】

  • Under normal circumstances, we will arrange packaging and delivery within 1-2 working days after receiving the payment from the customer, except for pre-ordered products.
  • If the same order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered products, or pre-ordered products with different arrival times, the order will be delivered only after all the products arrive. If you want to receive the in-stock goods first, it is recommended to buy them separately.
  • Reminder : Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

 

【Delivery Methods】

  • In order to deliver the order to you as quickly as possible, we will use SF Express to arrange delivery. Shipping addresses include SF Station, EF Locker, commercial and residential addresses.

  • After delivery, we will provide the customer with the tracking number of the waybill, and generally it will take 4-5 working days to pick up the goods. When the goods are delivered to the EF Locker, SF Station Store or Service Center selected by the customer, SF Express will send an SMS notification for customer to pick up.
  • Please pick up the parcel within the following duration after receiving the SMS:
  •     ("Popular" EF Locker: within 24 hours)
  •     ("Non-popular" EF Locker: within 30 hours)
  •     ( SF Station: within 3 days)
  • Overdue shipments will be collected by SF Express. Customers should call the SF Express Customer Service Hotline to reschedule the pickup.

【Overseas Regions (Macau and Singapore only) Shipping Details】
【Shipping Charges】

  • Shipping charges will base on region and weight (shipping charges will be shown on checkout page)
  • The local customs may charge the recipient with relevant taxes and surcharges for such we are not  responsible.
  • The local post office generally only provides one-time delivery service. In case of failure to deliver under any circumstances, the goods will be forwarded to a nearby post office or pick-up point, and customers can contact the local post office through the waybill number to arrange pick-up.

 

【Shipping Methods and Remarks】

  • Under normal circumstances, we will arrange packaging and shipping within 2-3 working days after receiving the payment from the customer, except for pre-ordered products.
  • We will use the Hongkong Post Speedpost service for shipping. When checking out, the customer must fill in the correct recipient information and local contact number in the "Delivery Address" column on the page, so that we can arrange the delivery accordingly.
  • For overseas delivery, you will be regarded as an importer by your local government, and you may need to pay surcharges, various taxes, or register or apply for an import license by your local government, according to the relevant trading laws and regulations of your local government. We are unable to control or predict the amount of such charges and will not be liable for any such charges or document claim procedures. If the customer has any questions about the import duties and laws of the country in which they are located, please contact the local customs or trading departments.
  • When you click "Confirm" to complete the order process, you accept and agree to be responsible for all surcharges, taxes or import documentation claims for shipping the ordered goods.
  • Because paying surcharges, various taxes, or registering the goods to the destination of delivery or applying for an import license, etc. all involve the import laws of the local country, we must truthfully report the value of the goods, and some countries even require attached details of the contents, including documents of the value of the goods, to the outside of the package for customs clearance. Therefore, under any circumstances, we are unable to accept any request for adjusting the value of the goods on the customs declaration documents.

 

【Shipping Time】

  • Orders from overseas regions: The delivery time varies depending on the region. Under normal circumstances, it will be delivered within 7-14 working days after the order is sent out.
  • If you need to deliver on the specified date, please indicate it in the "Remarks" before checkout, nevertheless, we are unable to guarantee that it can be shipped according to the customer's wishes. For any enquiries, please contact our customer service staff during office hours.
  • If we find that the delivery information is incorrect, we will notify you by email to confirm the recipient's information before shipping, but the delivery time will be delayed.
  • After the payment is completed, we will arrange the shippment as soon as possible during office hours. After the goods are shipped, the email address filled in by the customer will receive an email from the system notifying the customer of the delivery date and tracking number (if applicable) of the parcel.
  • The goods must be signed for delivery. If there is no one to sign when the goods are delivered to the recipient address, customers can request re-delivery, and the cost of arranging for re-delivery will be paided by the recipient.
  • The delivery address of the goods is based on the address filled in by the customers. We will not be responsible for any delay or loss due to the inaccurate address provided.
  • If the order includes in-stock and pre-ordered or out-of-stock products, the pre-ordered or out-of-stock products will be arranged to be shipped together after they arrive. If the customer requests to send the in-stock goods first, we will charge an additional shipping fee.
  • The delivery arrangements for all orders are subject to the availability of the relevant goods. We will notify you by email if we are unable to provide any product or service on your order.
