The return procedure is as follows:
Keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, receipts and related gifts.
Contact us within three days of receiving the item to request a return.
After confirming that the status of the goods meets the requirements of the return policy, we will notify you of the return application status as soon as possible.
Refunds will be arranged within seven working days of receiving the item.
*If we fail to collect the goods within seven days, we reserve the right to cancel the returned goods.
In the following circumstances, we have the right to refuse the customer's return request:
The goods were damaged, but did not ask for a replacement on the spot when receiving the goods (applicable to store pickup and delivery goods)
Return and exchange requests beyond the return and exchange period
Items that have been opened, used, or damaged in any way due to personal reasons
Customer delivery documents are missing or incomplete
The product is not provided by us
The goods themselves have no quality problems
There is a color difference between the picture and the real object
Pre-ordered goods due to delays and any personal reasons
*Guests should consider the shipping risk before purchasing. If there is any damage or loss during the shipping, the customer will be responsible for the loss. *If you request to cancel the order due to personal reasons after payment, a handling fee of 5% of the full bill will be charged for refund! (Excluding pre-order products, pre-order products cannot be canceled for any reason)
