Care instructions:
Homemade Natural Maintenance Solution: The ratio is 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts olive oil (commonly using walnut oil or olive oil; basically, any edible oil can be used, but the quality and flavor of the oil will affect the taste of the utensils). Here’s how to prepare and use it:
Clean and Dry Utensils: After washing the utensils thoroughly, allow them to air dry.
Apply the Solution: Dip a kitchen paper towel into the maintenance solution and wipe the surface of the utensils back and forth. This will create an edible protective layer.
Wait for Absorption: Let the utensils absorb the solution for 20-30 minutes.
Ready for Use: Once the solution has been fully absorbed, you can use the utensils again or store them properly.
