Lengua is indispensable wheneating Japanese, Chinese, and ethnic food. We have planned a slightlyAsian-style ceramic spoon, Bouroue, for daily use. The size is rather small,but it can be used for soup, fried rice, and other rice dishes, as well as foreating desserts. The standard white color has a smooth, glossy glaze, while theother colors have a smooth, matte texture. All of them, depending on the shadeof the glaze and the firing condition in the kiln, show uneven colors and aburnt look, which is unique to red clay. Unlike metal or wooden cutlery, theseceramic spoons have an appealing rustic flavor. An”m” logo isengraved on the back. The combination of the 5 colors makes them set for your kitchen.
