1. 會員等級與會籍
- 一般會員：成功登記後即時成為「一般會員」，會籍為永久有效，無需續會。
- 其他會員級別：moli將不定時推出更多會員等級，敬請留意官方公佈。
2. 會員迎新獎賞
- 新會員於網店或門店成功登記後，可獲贈 HK$15迎新購物金。
- 使用條件：
- 單筆消費滿 HK$350 方可使用；
- 有效期為 60天（由發放日起計）；
- 不適用於減價、特價產品，亦不可與其他優惠同時使用；
- 使用迎新獎賞的交易，恕不接受任何退貨或退款申請（法律規定之瑕疵品除外）。
3. 生日購物金
- 一般會員於生日月份可獲贈 HK$10生日購物金，將於生日當天凌晨自動發放至會員帳戶。
- 使用條件：
- 有效期為 30天；
- 不適用於減價、特價產品，不可與其他優惠同時使用。
4. 會員購物積分（moli dollar）
4.1 積分累積
- 會員於moli門店或網店每消費 HK$50（以實際付款金額計算），即可獲得 1點moli dollar（下稱「積分」）。
- 積分將於訂單完成後自動存入會員帳戶，未登入狀態下購物將無法獲得積分，且不會補發。
4.2 積分使用
- 每1點積分可於下次消費時當作 HK$1 使用。
- 使用限制：
- 單筆消費須滿 HK$350 方可使用積分；
- 每次交易最多可使用 15點積分；
- 積分不適用於減價、特價產品，亦不可與其他推廣優惠同時使用；
- 積分只能用於支付貨品金額，不可用於支付運費；
- 積分不可兌換現金、不可轉讓、不可退款。
4.3 積分有效期
- 所有積分須於 每年12月31日或之前 使用，逾期未用將自動失效，不作另行通知或補發。
5. 會員專屬禮遇
- 會員可享不定期推出的特別優惠，例如：
- 會員限定優先購物；
- 本地免運費優惠；
- 會員專屬折扣活動等。
- 所有禮遇受個別活動的條款約束，moli保留最終決定權。
6. 會員帳戶與責任
- 會員登記時須提供真實、準確的姓名、手提電話號碼及電郵地址。每個手提電話號碼及電郵只限登記一個帳戶。
- 會員有責任妥善保管帳戶資料，任何因帳戶被盜用或未經授權使用而產生的損失，moli概不負責。
- 如發現虛假帳戶或重複登記，moli有權撤銷其會員資格及所有已發放之優惠。
7. 計劃修改及終止
- moli保留隨時修改本計劃條款、積分兌換比率、優惠內容或終止計劃的權利，並會於官方網站公佈最新版本。修改後條款一經公佈即時生效，建議會員定期查閱。
- 如遇重大變更，moli將盡力透過會員登記的聯絡方式提前通知，但無法保證所有會員均能收到通知。
- 如有任何爭議，moli保留最終決定權。

8. 免責聲明
- 會員於參與活動時，須確保網絡連線穩定，moli不就任何因網絡、電腦、通訊或其他技術問題所導致的資料延誤、遺失、錯誤或損毀承擔責任。
- 所有活動數據以moli伺服器記錄為準。
- 如因不可抗力、法規變更或其他非moli可控原因導致計劃無法正常運作，moli有權暫停或終止計劃，恕不另行賠償。
9. 個人資料
- 會員所提供之個人資料將用於會員管理、優惠發放及宣傳推廣，詳情請參閱moli的《私隱政策聲明》。會員有權要求查閱或更正個人資料。
10. 其他
- 本計劃條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並按其詮釋。
- 若本條款中任何部分被視為無效或不可執行，不影響其餘部分的效力。

5. Member Perks
- Enjoy exclusive benefits (e.g., priority shopping, free local shipping, special discounts). Perks subject to individual terms. moli reserves final decision.
6. Account Responsibility
- Provide accurate name, mobile, email. One account per contact.
- Members responsible for account security. moli not liable for unauthorized use.
- Fraudulent accounts will be disqualified.
7. Modification & Termination
- moli may modify or terminate the program at any time. Updated terms on website.
- For major changes, moli will endeavor to notify via registered contacts.
- In case of disputes, moli reserves the right of final decision.
